Is there any written law or code that requires Connecticut restaurants to provide a public restroom for patrons?

  1. I live in Connecticut and I don't think I've ever been in a restaurant without a bathroom.

    1. people drink fluids when they eat. plus a lot of the restaurants money comes from selling alcoholic beverages. drinks = pee = bathrooms.

    2. how can servers and cooks and managers and hostesses work full time and never need to use a bathroom?
