Does Crayola Sidewalk Chalk pop up like the new Crayola 3D Sidewalk Chalk when you have the glasses on?

Yes.  I bought the 3D sidewalk chalk last weekend and I played around with it.  I had some sidewalk chalk from the dollar store and I used that and put on the 3D glasses, and it was all the same.  It's just the glasses.  The brighter the color the better though.  The dollar store chalk wasn't as bright as the Crayola kind.  And it's the contrast in colors that makes it more effective.  Like red against blue makes a good 3D effect.
