Does Cyber Monday start at a certain time? if so, what time?

My mom wants to go online and start christmas shopping online on cyber monday, but she doesn't know what time it starts. Does it start at 12am? if not, when?

I know that walmart started its cyber monday sales today, sunday 11/25 and they last for a week. You can check there sales out at the top of the link below.

Some starts last weekend already.  Some starts 12:01 PST, EST, etc. depending on the company's headquarters.  

Most of the sales end Monday night.  Some sales end Tuesday night.
