Does D-hero plasma negate Cystal beast effects?

Question

I know it negates CB effects when they are summoned but, does it negate there effect when they are headed to S/t zone? I can not find a official ruling on it on uppderdeck are anywhere,all experts.com,or anywhere. If someone has a ruling can u help me out? thanks

Crystal beast's crystalization effect would not be negated because Plasma says negate effects of face up monsters. Crystal beast are no longer on the field when their effect activates.

Yes it does, because plasma's efect negates all of your opponents monster effects, and the crystal beast's effect is to turn into a continues spell card after they are destroyed. And that is an effect so overall yeah it does.
