Does Dancing Help Lose wieght if so how long should u dance for?

Please helpp im 5'4 and wiegh 125 but still want to lose summ..

  2. you should dance for at least 4 months and taking salsa or hip hop classes makes you lose the most weight.

  3. Dancing should not be done until you lose weight, it should be done for passion. But, that's just ballet. Take a hip hop class, you'll lose weight in there.

    if you have a lot of energy-take hiphop, or tap

    if you use your muscles enough, you can also lose just as much and gain muscles -ballet, lyrical and jazz

    a good tip: drink a loottt of water, and DONT overheat yourself, but wear layers

    like wear longsleeves, you lose more weight faster when you sweat more, when you wear more clothing

    if you get superhot you can always just take it off
