Does Dell is having good customer service?? how many calls to reach their technical people..............?

Many time we have called for them and their marketing people not give responsible to the technical to convey with this particular customer have a problem, they are forwarding auto recorded message since last one month. No is responding..... be care when u purchase Dell product.

  1. you probably just had a bad experience with someone. i would say try again, and try to get hold of a new customer support executive.

    the waiting time on hold to get someone takes a while, but i figure they're all doing the best they can to help everyone. i just talked to someone about half an hour ago from dell.

    i bought a dell inspiron 530s, but found out that i didn't want a 530s (those are the slim, smaller desktop computers) because it's hard to update the graphics card in those. so i called up, waited on hold for quite a bit of time, but when someone finally picked up, she was very nice, and very helpful. she was able to change the model for me for, and i got the confirmation sent to my email within minutes.

    so i would recommend calling again and hopefully getting a new support person to talk with.
