Does Dermatologically tested mean it's not tested on animals? Please answer only if you know for sure.?

That means it was tested by dermatologists aka skin doctors.  That does not always mean that the base ingredients were NOT tested on animals.  Normally, "dermatologically tested" means that the final product was tested on human skin.  For more info on any product, I would check on their website or even call their toll free number to get that information.

Dermatologically tested does NOT mean it was not tested on animals. It means that after the animal testing was done, they tested it on humans to see if there were reactions.

And even cosmetics that say 'Not tested on animals' aren't always accurate. The finished product may not have been tested on animals, but some components of the finished product may have been.
