Wait a second! A guy impersonating Britney Spears? I've never heard of him. Um, I would guess yes unless he has really big man b***s. Or maybe he uses special padding like they do to make skinny people look really fat in movies.

If a guy has any sort of pectoral muscles it is possible using what I would imagine is a hearty combination of strong (perhaps duct) tape and padding to create the illusion of feminine cleavage. I would imagine however, that there are bra type things that one could buy that could do that...think pushup bra on steroids.
