Does Devin Hester have value as a fantasy football wide receiver this season?

Would you consider drafting him and if so, where?

I would pick him cuz know the Bears are paying him lots and lots and he will be the 3 wr for the bears this year and of course returning the kor and pr and i would draft him at least in the 11 12 13 round

and if some1 has him trade a low player for him and hopefuly that guy doesnt know anything about hester being a wr this year

I don't think it would be good to draft him unless you need to fill a WR spot or he's the only left.

I dont think he'll do much as a WR but with KR and PR TD's he might do better than some other WR's
