Does Disney Channel find "stupidity" funny?

On every show, they always make one person the stupidest person ever. Like come on disney, what's up with that? Got something against stupidity?

I know.  Every single show has the stupid best friend on it, and/or the star is a total airhead.  They really need to get some new ideas.  I stoped watching those shows years ago.
