Ok, i live in Las Vegas, NV. Vons in Southern Cali sells 3 day hopper pass to so. Cali Residents for $99. I asked Vons if they check id. He said at the store no, but they might at the park.

My question is, if i purchase this will they check id at the gate? people say they only check id if its a voucher that you print online...What if I they check id, would they be able to trade the 3 day pass for something of the same price?

Also, my friend from s. ca might join us. would we be able to just use his id to get us in??

any help would be great..thanks!

  1. yes. you might need to use your fingerprint to get in after 911 terror. and it saved probably so you cannot use other people's id.

  2. for any resident passes, you have to show ID to prove that you are from that state. if you cannot produce the ID. you are now allowed to trade in the vouchers. if you produce ID from a different state, then you will be asked to pay the difference. if you don't, then you will not be allowed in the park and told to go back to place of purchase to get an exchange. but most of the time they will not allow it. if it doesn't work you will bet out a big chuck on change. be careful.
