for one thing, why would you worry about Dramamine showing up on a drug test? Unless Dramamine is a new way to get high that the D.E.A. and the like are well aware of, then the chances are that NO, they would not have a specific test for dramamine unless its a new one I have not heard of.  IF Dramamine is a new high or used in combination with other drugs in order to increase the high then sooner or later the "powers that Be" are going to be aware of it and they will begin to use ways of detecting it.

OK, I just learned that Dramamine is a new way that kids are trying to get HIGH so I'm guessing that is why you are asking. So, like I said, sooner or later they are going to find ways of detecting it commonly. I'm quite sure that with a blood test it can be detected but I'm unsure about a urine test.
