Does ESPN fantasy football put all available players on waivers Sun. - Tues. like Yahoo PLUS football?

Also, the yardage bonuses on ESPN are 100-199 and 200+. If a player goes over 200, do they get the points for both of these bonuses, or only one or the other?

I had a LOT of trouble with my ESPN team last year.  I played Fox, Yahoo and ESPN.  Sometimes I couldn't activate my ESPN team until Friday.  They got better as the season progressed though.
