actaully no he doesn't he says humans can't smell blood when he says bella get out of here and then he was stuned cuz she listened to him and hes all like you listened to me and shes like i smelled blood and it smells like rust....and salt. then he tells her humans can't smell blood..

No, when she is about to leave the nurses office, another kid is coming in because he fainted at the sight of his own blood, so Edward tells Bella to leave the room right away, because there will be blood.  And she does run out of the room, and Edward says something like "I'm surprised you actually listened to me."  and she says something like "Well I could smell the blood from outside the room."  and he says "People can't smell blood."  So yeah he did say it but like the key thing is that he said 'people'.  Hope I helped :).
