  1. No, it's not although some laws are influenced by the Sharia

    Wikipedia says

"The Egyptian judicial system is based on European, primarily French, legal concepts and methods. Under the several governments during the presidency of Hosni Mubarak, the courts have demonstrated increasing independence, and the principles of due process and judicial review have gained greater respect.

The legal code is derived largely from the Napoleonic Code. Marriage and personal status are primarily based on the religious law of the individual concerned. Thus, there are three forms of family law in Egypt: Islamic, Christian, and secular (based on the French family laws)."

  2. No Sharia law isn't the official law there but many laws are influenced by and based on Sharia law.

Ironically enough even though its not their official law many people live there like they live under Sharia law, which is totally stupid and backward and you are hearing this from a Muslim.

  3. no muslim country apply shari'a law 100% except for Saudi Arabia, and Iran maybe,i'm not sure.

Egypt apply some and neglect some, but the main source of the laws is the islamic shari'a,but it doesn't apply all of it.
