I have Epsom Salt, and my muscles are really aching, but I'm not sure if it really works or not. Can someone clarify me before I try it out? I don't want to waste my time with something that won't even help me...

  1. Dead Sea Salts are much better, especially a great aromatherapy blend for sore muscles.  Your bath water should not be hot, but warm.

  2. YES! But put it in your hot bath water!!!  Don't drink it - it will give you really bad diarrhea!

PS: It works great and costs like 70 cents a box so it's great to use!

Remember for real pain combine it with an ice pack afterwards, then you get the best of both effects!

    Best luck.

  3. the drug of choice in tissue remedies is Mag Phos for ur muscular pain. u may try for a month and then think of Epsom Salt

    1. Mag Phos 6x  ---   4  t.d.s. Daily

    2.Mag Phos 200 --    4 t.d.s. one day in a  week.

All these biochemic salts are safe and with side benefits. Don’t swallow medicine. The medicine to be dissolved on/under the tongue. Don’t take any thing 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after medication. You can take water. With best wishes from www.saioam.com.

  4. Yes, it does, as long as you use it in your bathwater. If you want to get an even better effect, put rosemary (if you want to do something else afterwards), or lavender (if you can just relax) with it, just stick a handful of the herb into a clean sock or stocking and add to the hot bath water.
