Question:

Does Everyone experience colors the same?

When I look at the sky, my mind interprets it as blue. My eyes see it because that light wave length is allowed to pass on to space while all others are reflected back. Do other people look at a blue object and see the color red? Is it that we are only agreeing with the frequency of light AND not the actual interpretation of the color?

  1. By defining the wavelength that we call blue, we are in fact calibrating (perhaps a better term is standardizing) each individual eye.

Your eye registers the same wavelengths as mine (that can be proven), so if we agree to call that color "Bob", we will always see Bob - your Bob and my Bob will be the same.

After a definition of this sort, any other speculation is semantics.
