  3. U seriously don't know the answer to this one? Any movement of any kind affects your heart rate because whenever you move a muscle it requires blood. Muscles use blood for oxygen...it's like food to them. Here's a test...run really hard for 1 min, as fast as u can then stop...now try and hold ur breath as long as u can...see if u can make it to 10 secs...it's hard ..that's bcuz your body is starving for oxygen and the blood supplies it to all of ur muscles and organs...

  4. yes, the more active you are the more your heart will need to work in order to pump blood around your body in order to reach vital organs - this leads to an increase in your heart bpm (beats per minute)
