Does FBI accept non US citizen as its special agents?

one of my friend wants to apply for a job in FBI and she is a bilinguist.

Yup, but with the right documents, however, black op's recruit foreigners all the time, you cannot stay in somebodies back yard without insiders.

Not as a special agent.  But they do employ many foreign technicians and linguists.
