Does Fiber One bars cause horrible gas?

I had 2 today and it was a bad idea... Do they normally cause soooooo much gas?

Yes they do - so much so that I decided not worth eating them ever again!

Yes, all the fiber in them can casue either gas or diarrhea.  One of my co-workers ate 4 of those thingss in one day, and spent most of the evening and next morning on the toilet.  Another of my co-workers always know when her husband has had one of those things cause he gets horrible gas that is pretty constant.  So yes, it can definitely cause gas.
