Does Flash Projector still require Flash?

It's kind of a stupid question if you just glance at it...

But say I exported a Flash 9 swf file using Actionscript 3.0 as a projector.

If I copied that file over to a computer with only Flask Player 7, could it still read it?

Otherwise what's the difference between projectors and embed html?

And is there a way to play Flash 9 on any computer?

Hi,

It´s not a stupid question. It´s the most common question about Projectors.

When you create a Projector it deploys a (.exe), in this exe is your swf plus the Flash Player required to play it. In your case Flash 9.

This exe can be player in ALL computers, don´t matter if the flash player is installed or not.
