Most Elementary and Junior High schools have basic programs; and I know that Rocky Mountain High School on the west end of town does have a program to help them.

Most public schools have some type of program for special needs children.  They are required by law to provide services for school age children.  My son is mildly autistic and we are a military family and have never had a problem finding programs for my son in any of the public schools he has attended.
