  1. our Chancellor is the strongest person we have

our president only represent our country and has little other jobs

we are devided into bundesländer( alliancecountries)

the law varies from each  alliancecountry to another

  2. yes we have a president, his name is Horst Köhler but he is more like a statue, no real power like the US president.

Our country is run by a chnacelor, at present it's mrs. Angela Merkel.

we have no Quenn/King, last one resigned in 1919 and went to asylum in the Netherlands where he died.

we have 16 federal states, 3 of them are cities, Bremen,Hamburg and Berlin. Bavaria is the biggest and Nordrhein-Westfalen is the one with the most population. The smallest is the Saarland (next to France) and Bremen is the smallest federal city.

below you find some helpfull links to our president, chancelor and federal states.

    regards

    Bernd

  3. A president

And is divided into provinces, then cities

  4. they got A Federal Chancellor ... ANGELA MERKEL... she's the first woman in this position.

  5. No Kings of Queen, the last Kaiser abdicated in 1918 or 1917 one of the two years. From then on it was the Weimar Republic, then the n**i's until 1945 and then it was split into parts with the Soviets controlling the east and the allies the west.

Now it is a unified country and they have a Chancellor and a President, but the Chancellor is much like a Prime Minister is.

That is how I understand their political system is today.
