Does Germolene really get rid of spots?

I have spots all over my forearms so I am trying out Germolene as I have heard it helps get rid of spots.

Does it get rid of spots AND if so, how long does it take?

  1. I imagine it does as it's antibacterial and therefore will kill all the germs off. Personally I use Sudocrem, works wonders. If you leave it on while you soak in the bath or do you hair or something the spots are almost gone in a few days!
