  1. We have both, a loving god that does, ultimately care for us, but we also have free will/reign of what we do in this existence.  I think that Deity is compassionate and is Ultimate Love, but It also knows that the only way you learn is through mistakes.  Truly, if we never made mistakes, we really wouldn't learn.  So Deity pretty much sits back and lets us live our lives as we wish.  In between these lives we learn what we did wrong, learn the lessons and then come back to learn more.  But Deity isn't there and beside us every step of the way.

  2. We are a mere toy for the almighty. I think he is a s****t. Look at how he enjoys killing people in natural disasters!

  3. Do you not appreciate your existence?

  4. Does God care? He sent His only begotten Son so you could have freedom. If that were me I would have told the people who hate Jesus to kiss off, that I do not love you that much. I am sorry that so many people on here will give you the bad news that God does not care....BUT HE DOES CARE. Oh how He cares. So look to God and have His peace.

May God bless you dear friend.

    God does care!!

  5. Sorry, nobody cares.  We are on our own.  We also do have free will, as free as our governments tell us we can be.

  6. No, because 'god' does not exist.

  7. I'm gonna go with chips in a bet between God and Satan.

  8. God knew the consequences of giving us free will, and He obviously found them acceptable, probably because love due to free will is a far greater thing than love on command. To rob humanity of mind, the source of all human dignity, would be an evil which makes the sum total of all the atrocities humanity has ever committed look positively benevolent by comparison. Simply going back to retcon the decision has the same basic effect.

So the only way for God to eradicate all evil (at least, in the quick-fix manner which most people who make this argument seem to want to happen), now that the proverbial genie is out of the bottle, would be to do something far, far more evil than anything which has ever been done: the mass dehumanization of some six billion people, plus all their descendants. If God is truly omnibenevolent, then this is not acceptable.

  9. Last we chatted, he only cares about me, he hates you.

  10. I believe that God is love, not a being with its own consciousness.  So I believe that God does not 'care,' per se.  It is our job to care for each other.

  11. Of course God cares. God gave us free will, which gives us the ability to accept Him. If He didn't care He would have never provided Grace! When man sinned we were cut off from God. But after the death and resurrection of Jesus, the gap between man and God was closed. All you have to do is accept Jesus Christ as your savior and you will know you are not an experiment, you are a truly loved child of God!

  12. God cares are Jesus would have never died in our place.

  13. if He didn't care, He would have made us out to be robots.

  14. God must care because He gave us a freewill.

  15. obviously, if he gave a **** would we still be............ ?

  16. Hm, Yes, GOD cares very much - HE sent his only Son, Jesus which seems to confirm this...and yes GOD seems to have made an experiment , or taken a gamble,  gifting humanity with FREE WILL - as now no one - not even GOD - knows our mind.

But no human knows the answer to your question.

  17. if he were real then the answer to your question would be yes.
