Does Google Adwords/Adsense allows gambling, Casino Sites?

Question

Is it allowed for us to advertise on Google adwords for casino or gambling related site? Tried to advertise and Ad was disapproved due to inappropriate content.

If can, any setting that I have to change or something?

You cannot advertise gambling/casinos, if hat's what you're asking.

Notice the comment above me, his site has adsense but none of the ads are about gambling.

No you cannot. You've already found out that Adwords does not allow it

Gambling and casino related sites are one of those in the list of disallowed content of Adsense. Read the section on Program Policies particularly the section on Site Content -- gambling and casino sites are not allowed

If you want to run Adsense, apply with a site in compliance with Adsense (not with your gambling and casino site) -- and make sure you don't put the codes in non-allowed sites
