Does Google Checkout support a merchant account for e-payment in Vietnam?

In the list of countries that Paypal and Google Checkout support, I know there is Vietnam:

But those are for shoppers. How about a merchant account? If I own an online shopping cart, can I use Google Checkout to receive money into my local (in Vietnam) bank account? Where can I get that information?

Yes, you can be a merchant from Vietnam. Just register with Google checkout as a merchant and put in your location like you would normally. It doesn't matter where you live, as long as you're willing to ship from there. The best thing to do is just register and go through the process.
