yes!! £2.00 coins and 1.00 coins 5p 2p 1p 10p 20p and 50p!! It sucks!

Yes but the only paper notes are in denominations of £5, 10, 20, 50, etc. There's a new £2 coin which can't be used in 'phone boxes or anywhere except stores too. Most coins can still be used in slot machines like chocolate vending machines on the Underground, though.
