They don't have to 'realize' anything. Production speaks for itself. Either Rodgers performs or he doesn't, either Brohm takes the job when he gets the shot or he don't. This isn't office politics and managers who favor certain employees, this is the NFL. You either perform or you don't. You can hide the fact that your incompetent in an office job by kissing a$$, you can't do that in the NFL.

brohm was good in college but nfl is different very different and rodgers is more experienced even with 0 starts as a nfl QB but it will be a position battle after a few years i would bet

it looked like it during the Family night Scrimmage but id like to see a full season from Rodgers first.
