  1. All teas contain variable concentrations of caffeine

  2. it is called green tea because it is made from herbs only, no caffeine

  3. Of course, it contains more amount of caffeine than the same quantity of black coffee.

  4. I know for sure it has Caffeine. I have a heart problem, and I know I'm not allowed to drink Green Tea. It has a lot of caffeine.

  5. not sure some do contain caffine and some dont, it should state on the box though.

  6. I don't think it is you know

  7. Green tea normally has caffeine in it. It should be listed in the ingredients. If it was caffeine free it would say so. Even drinks that are natually caffeine free have it on their packages these days. Check out root beer and ginger ale and they say it.

  8. Green tea is made from the same tea plant  species as black tea. The difference between white tea, green tea and black tea is the way it's processed and  in the case of the white tea ,when the tea leaves are picked.

As all these types of teas come from the same plant, all these teas have caffeine,  but vary in caffeine content. From the most to the least:

    White tea: 10-15mg per serving

    Green tea: 20-30mg per serving

    Black tea: 40-45mg per serving

Obviously the concentration of caffiene does depend on how long you allow the tea to brew for, but hopefully it gives you an indication!
