i don't think it does... but watch out because it has a high sugar content, and mold can grow on it.  So, if you have an old bottle, make sure you look at it before you use it.

Don't think so.  I have two bottles that are about 15 years old.  (And a new bottle too.)  I use the new bottle in my alcohol drinks and the older stuff in my sodas to make them taste cherry like.

No, but it does get old as in thicker, which makes it hard to mix into the drink
