  1. Of course it will produce heat.  That's because it will produce water and there is a certain amount of heat produced when hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions get together to make water molecules.  The production of water is exothermic.

    HC2H3O2(aq) + NaOH(aq) --> NaC2H3O2(aq) + HOH(l) + heat
