Usually it is given to people with growth hormone problems under carefully watched circumstances and if you haven't been diagnosed as having such then you shouldn't play with fire.

Yes the tablet form is best, never use the injection....shocking side effects, even causes diabetes!

There are many HGH, just make sure you buy a good reputablebrand as there are many baseless ones out there, many health food shops stock them.
