Does this work? Anyone tried using this?

http://keelynet.com/indexaug805.htm -Dennis Klein's process of converting h20 to hho, producing a gas that combines the atomic power of hydrogen with the chemical stability of water. He thought of burning his hho gas. "on a 100 mile trip, we use about four ounces of water." Klein says his prototype 1994 Ford Escort can travel exclusively on water, though he currently has it rigged to run as a water and gasoline hybrid. Members of Congress recently invited Denny Klein to Washington to demonstrate his technology. His water-powered engines have passed all performance safety inspections. with some hunting I found the patent as issued March 15, 2005, at 6,866,756 Inventors: Klein; Dennis - 66 Pelican Pl., FL

prototype vehicle receives a net increase in horsepower & average increase of 20-30% in mpg

http://www.lowcostsolution.net/videos.html red ford escort has $49 update and now gets 60 mpg.

  1. It does not work in the sense it is more efficient.  IT is a net loss to your system.  It's essentially a scam.

  2. HHO = H2O.  Total snake oil.

  3. It takes about 50 kilowatt-hours of electricity to produce a kilogram of the “HHO” gas from water using electrolysis, and you can get at most 39 kilowatt-hours worth of heat from burning it. Then take into consideration your car’s engine is somewhere in the neighborhood of 15-24% energy efficient. Do the math--the net effect is more wasted gasoline.

On the bright side, the “HHO” gas does produce a stoichiometric burn as the “HHO” gas turns back into water when you ignite it--but any ODB I or II PCM will go insane trying to correct the burn, and a carbureted engine will actually run rich due to the additional volume of gas passing by the venturi. This idea violates almost all of the laws of thermodynamics and is inherently dangerous as the "HHO" gas is a stoichiometric and very flammable mixture, even the mythbusters busted this.

  4. snake oil like this pops up every time gas prices go up. save your money, and make your car as efficient as possible. the reason these systems are sold is because the people selling the use big words like

"Dennis Klein's process of converting h20 to hho, producing a gas that combines the atomic power of hydrogen with the chemical stability of water."

the problem comes in where most people who fall for these snake oil systems dont understand what it takes to split the oxygen atom from the hydrogen atoms. they forget or dont know that water is a stable compound, and that requires large amounts of energy to separate the compound into its component parts.

  5. Didn't know that?  Thanks for the information!!

I'll have to check it out!!

  6. To help u understand . The car is ruining well on gasoline ,and the exhaust has carbon dioxide in it not oxygen . If there is more fuel than the motor could burn ,it would not help to inject more fuel.

  7. It's lies lies lies.  I promise you.  All of it.

  8. can't be true, it'd be free energy. when you put water under a vacuum, it evaporates at a lower temperature. i bet it's just a vacuum hose connected to  a sealed container, with some B.S. attached to make it look "high tech".

probably the best fuel saver gizmo would be a vacuum gauge mounted on your dash. drive so that the vacuum reading stays as high as possible.

This will actually save lots of fuel, but all it's really doing is teaching you to drive with a light foot.
