Does HID Conversion need relay harness?

Question

Becuz it was working fine w/o harness but now.. it doesn't work any more.

if i do need the harness then where can i get them? do you know any web site/ store?? in Soouthern California?

A conversion to actual HID's requires alot more than just a harness.

High wattage aftermarket bulbs may well require a seperate relay set and harness because they draw more current then factory bulbs.

If I knew what kind of vehicle/lights, I could maybe be more specific.
