i think its real i goggled it and got an address

may be it is a restaurant built inside a studio only for taping those segments

It is an actual restaurant set up in a Studio some place.  I heard it was in a industrial park somewhere in Culver city by the old MGM Sudios.  I  do not think they have one opened up for the public on a daily use.
