I am not sure how series this question is, but there was a song around in the 1930's and 1940's

"Hitler had only one left ball,

Goering had two but oh so small,

Himmler had something similar,

and poor old Goebbels had no balls at all".

I'm sure this was composed just to make fun of the Third Reich.  I doubt that there was any way of knowing his reproductive status, although it is interesting that he never had any children - there may be something there.

yes he did and he had a king albert as well thus the albert hall. if you don't know what a king albert is then it was a chain whichwas pierced to his p***s and attached to his leg to stop the p***s swinging into his only ball

the report was unfortunately not true, and was created to portray Hitler as being "half the man" of the allied leaders

Soviet doctor Lev Bezymenski, allegedly involved in the Soviet autopsy, stated in a 1967 book that Hitler's left t******e was missing, but  later admitted it was falsified.

Hitler was routinely examined by many doctors throughout his childhood, military service and later political career, and no clinical mention of any such condition has ever been discovered.

Records do show he was wounded in 1916 during the Battle of the Somme, and some sources describe his injury as a wound to the groin. Hitler's World War I company commander said a VD exam found that Hitler had only one t******e, but this individual was known to be politically critical of Hitler, and no documentation of the exam seems to exist

so in summary , even though he was a nutcase , he was equipped as well as any other guy
