Does Hughes H-4 Hercules still exist?

I have look at Wikipedia and etc. but it never says it the complete Air Craft still remains or not... it would be a shame if they have destroyed this huge airplane...

Yes it does still exist. It is in a museum. Have a look at this link

I believe it is located and on display in a special hangar in McMinnville, Oregon at the Evergreen Aviation Museum (about 30 miles from Portland).
