I disagree with the poster who remarked about Bush's speaking. I've heard him speak in person. He issn't a bad speaker, he just has a Texas accent and pronounces words differently from folks in most parts.

seriously Bush is the worse public speaker of all time.  I know professors are like wow this guy really cannot address the public.  Obama after watching his speech, did expertly well.  Can you do better in front of 40 mil people? doubt it
