You will rarely find an IHOP that serves grits. If you're in the South I believe some IHOPs carry grits. Otherwise, no, they don't have them.

I'm pretty sure they do, but its sort of a pity...you have to ask for it along with or as a to sub to any regular menu item. Like "instead of hash browns can i have grits" or "can i add grits with that?"

If i recall correctly i have on more than one occasion ordered grits with a dash of butter and cheese.
