  1. The facilities exist, and training the teachers to use them is an ongoing process. We use a checklist for this and it's easy to see the attitude of teachers by looking at the ticks they provide, but I'm only giving you the main points, not the specific rubrics (it's too long):

    Interactive whiteboard

    Applications: World Wide Web

    E-mail

    Word processor

    Presentation software

    Data handling software

    Proprietary software and CDROMs

    All of these have 5-6 specific questions and elaborate on teachers' attitudes to the use of IT.
