Does Income Tax Return (itr) required in embassy?

hi i have an uncle who will sponsor me in getting student visa. But the requirement are bank certificate and ITR..my uncle doesnt pay for the tax. Is it possible to ask for someone to do a fake ITR? AND SUBMIT IT TO EMBASSY?

yes u need to show itr in embassy. if someone else's itr fulfill ur requirement, then ask that person to show some funds also. but don't try to use fake itr.

- It is not a good idea to have the fake ITR.

- Better you show whatever you have with you. Explain it clearly, why your UNCLE does not have ITR.

I am surprised as he is going to sponsor you and he is not having ITR. He must he showing 25 lcs in his account and then also he does not have ITR.

- Take help from any immigration lawyare in your area.

US Consulate, generally need assurance that you have enough fund with you for your study in US and you will not become IMMIGRTANT there.
