Does Independent Bank (out of TN) charge prepayment penalties?

Question

I just recently bought a new car and the dealer told me that there were no prepayment penalties, but I'm afraid there may be. The loan is with Independent Bank out of TN...there is another Independent Bank too (not sure what state it is out of). I extended the financing longer than I wanted to keep low payments, but I know almost every month I will be able to pay an extra $75-$100 with my payment...hoping to pay it off earlier then financed.

Don't know, but if there are they would have to be stated in your loan papers.  Take a look and see what they say.
