    http://www.railtourismindia.com/cgi-bin/...

    and choose Secunderabad from the drop down list you get four choices of rail and road combination packages to Shirdi (which has no station itself).

    To get there yourself you would need to get to Nasik station, about 8 km away from Shirdi, and then a bus.
