This question makes absolutely no sense at all...

Islam to follow is just as hard as any other religion. No one is perfect and people try as much as they can to follow every aspect of the religion

do you mean to ask Is islam hard if you were a non-muslim before or because of something bad you did in the past?

if that is your question, then no. when you become a muslim, all your past sins are forgiven inshallah. of course you must be sincere.
