  1. First thing is to try and become the best actor you can. Do that because you really love it. In the U.S., the majority of stars or A-list Hollywood actors might be Caucasian, but there are a lot of actors of a lot of different ethnicities who are on the A-list.

Start training and don't ever stop. Also, make sure that when you go out looking for an agent that you are ready. And if you really want to get an agent, don't just look for them one at a time. If you do that, it might take you years to get one. Know what you want and have a plan.

    Tony

  2. I do not think race or background and religion have anything to do with being A Lister, it all depends on talent first and opportunity (to be in the right place and time) and sometimes connections.

Richard Gere is a Buddhist, Tom Cruise is scientologist and that did not prevent them of becoming A Listers.

  3. They hire actors who can act.  No race, age of religion comes into it.  But I don't think they hire you to play Marie Antoinette or Jesus Christ.  Each within its own.

    Peace.

  4. i really dont think it matters

its all about tallent,  but some people may reject the unfamilar, so stick it out.

    good luck
