  1. asked the old old old people. they will tell you this has happened before

  2. no. I live in Israel and the kineret (which is the natural rain water storage and source for fresh water in the country also known as "the sea of galilee") keeps going down every year. It should go down in the summer and then refill in the winter, but it's just not happening.

  3. It depends on what year you're talking about -- no two years are ever all that similar here, nor have they ever been for as long as anyone's been keeping track.

To get any clue about here, you need to be thinking in terms of decades at a time or more.  I've not yet lived long enough to have any clue if anything's changed around here.

  4. We're above average this year.  Drought last year.  Weather changes.  Always has, always will.

  5. No it doesn't rain as much, In New Jersey, United States, it's been much more the past few years than in years past when we were in draught during summer months.  In Iowa, United States they're flooding with more water than in a hundred years.  In Georgia, Atlanta, United States they've been in drought for a year and a half I believe.  It's very mixed up.  Is it Global Warming?  Is it natural cycles of the planet?  Not sure, just know it's different.
