If so, where can I find out about them? What sort of acts are prohibited on a purely moral basis there?

  1. They frown upon having s*x in public.

  2. Italian laws (and the Constitution itself) more properly talks about "il comune senso del pudore", "public decency"; the point is "public decency" change according to times.

So, it's up to the judges saying if that particular behaviour *then and now* is against public decency.

For instance, in 1976 Corte di Cassazione (similar to US Supreme Court) stated topless on beaches was not against public decency.

Another example is a strip-tease show is not against public decency if performed in a place where is expected to be held.
