Does Itunes have free music and whatnot?

Question

As of the moment i dont have a credit card or an itunes gift card and i want to download some new d**n music! But i recently got a new IBM ThinkPad laptop [very nice btw] which i also have to use at school and i dont think they want us downloading a bunch of c**p that can be seen on their network and whatnot...

So technically i can't use LimeWire or BitTorrent or anything. But i can use itunes.

Anyone know what i can do?

no they do not have free music. the only free songs they have are the free song that they have every week by some new artist. but they're totally lame in my opinion. just buy your music. but stay away from free download sites like limewire because they will ruin your new laptop and fill it with viruses.

i dont think itunes gives away music. if they did they would b a huge hit. sry idk

iTunes gives away a few songs a week, but they are new artists usually and they are ones that nobody has heard of.  The rest of the music must be paid for.  You should be paying for the music anyway, especially when you are using a school network.

no they don't give away free music. they got a free song of the week. but it really does suck. the artist is new or something and no one knows about them, and they just suck. but they do give some free episodes of tv shows sometimes. i just happen to catch them at a right time.
