Does Jimmy Spencer wear a wig?

I'm serious, does he? His hair looks goofy to me! He needs a new do! And bad!!

If you watch old NASCAR races on ESPN Classic, you'll notice a bald Jimmy Spencer.  I can't say that he wears a wig, but I know he was once bald and don't know too many people who naturally start growing hair again.
